Welcome to Roll4Fun (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App and related services provided by Mike Lynch (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using Roll4Fun, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Roll4Fun.
By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Accounts
To use Roll4Fun, you must create an account using a supported authentication provider such as Apple, Google, or Microsoft.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining access to your account
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Activities that occur under your account
You may not share accounts or impersonate another person.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with the operation or security of the App
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate gameplay
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Use offensive, misleading, or inappropriate usernames
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Friend Lists and Social Features
Roll4Fun may allow users to connect with friends and participate in multiplayer gameplay.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users. While we may investigate reports of misuse, we are not responsible for the actions of other users.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, text, software, gameplay systems, trademarks, and other content, is owned by Mike Lynch or licensed to Mike Lynch and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
- Redistribute
- Sell
- Create derivative works from
any portion of the App except as expressly permitted by law.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, such as usernames or profile information.
By providing content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving Roll4Fun.
You are responsible for the content you provide and represent that you have the right to provide it.
Service Availability
Roll4Fun is provided on an “as available” basis.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Account Termination
You may stop using Roll4Fun at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Create risk for other users
- Harm the operation or security of the App
- Are required to be removed by law
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roll4Fun is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mike Lynch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Roll4Fun.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the App during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of Roll4Fun at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
